WHAT THE JOB ACTUALLY IS

No surprises on day one. This is what the work looks like.

💪

It is physical work

Furniture, appliances, boxes, debris. Stairs, tight doorways and long days on your feet. If you cannot repeatedly lift 50+ lbs, this is not the job.

🚚

Four kinds of job

Moving, junk removal, property cleanouts and interior demolition. Some weeks you do all four. Being willing to learn the others counts for a lot.

📍

North Alabama, and sometimes further

Most work is around Huntsville, Madison, Decatur, Athens, Cullman and the surrounding towns. Out of state travel comes up on bigger jobs.

🤝

You are in people's homes

You will be around someone's belongings and sometimes their family. How you carry yourself matters as much as how much you can carry.

What Trey looks for

SHOW UP. WORK HARD. DO IT RIGHT.

Experience helps, but it is not the first thing on the list.

You turn up

On time, ready to work, every day you said you would. The whole crew depends on it and customers are waiting.

You take care

Everything you carry is something a family worked for. Treat it the way you would want yours treated.

You own it

If something goes wrong you say so straight away. No covering it up, no walking off.

You keep your word

If you say you can do it, you do it. If you cannot, you say that instead.

You pull for the crew

Nobody carries the whole job alone. The good crews look out for each other without being asked.

You want to get better

Willing to learn the truck, the trailer, the tear-out work. The more you can do, the more you are worth.

Rather talk than type? Call or text 256-466-0848 and ask for Trey. The form below is just the easiest way to get everything down in one go.
